I’m Worn Down by Fender Road Worn Instruments
Fender apparently thinks they can get a premium for taking a brand new guitar and scuffing it up with an orbital sander. What’s up with that? I mean really, this is getting ridiculous.

So here’s what the mailer looks like when it arrives in your mailbox, assuming you’ve ever shopped at this store before. Obviously, I have and so I get all this stuff. I’m also a big fan of Fender, but I really dislike this aspect of their custom guitar series. This is a Fender Stratocaster. Sure, it’s got some special electronics, but I defy the average guitarist to discern the difference between this guitar and one costing, say, $1,000.
