Hi, thanks for writing that article so clearly and non biased. I am temporarily (thankfully) attending this church right now, and I can say that everything you said was completely true. I appreciate your open-mindedness. I am really sorry for how Pastor Michaels and some of the church members can be. I hope that no one who has had a negative experience with them will write off the rest of Christianity just because of one church that is overly aggressive and close minded. I promise that this church is definitely an oddity and that there is much more to Christianity than this one church's condemnation and lack of sensitivity...

I remember Stephie Coplan playing the piano for years when she grew up in Maryland. This was long before her Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York events. She's never disappointed her fan base. She is a great musician and always gives her audiences something to remember. Many of us in Maryland are eagerly waiting for the release of Stephie and the Pedestrians CD.

On December 10, 2002 I was gay bashed by Deacon Brian Codi of the New England Baptist Church at TV 3 Medford, the public access station. For merely mentioning the name of the guy I was dating Deacon Codi went ballistic ...and was already on station "probation" for being disruptive. But the "born again Christian" (in name only) manager of the Tv station used the three letter word denigrating homosexuals (begins with F) and threw me out. Do you know what the TV station did? They brought Jay Ricci from the New England Baptist Church into the fold as a member of their Board of Directors. He is said to have recently left but his tv show continues to air. Do you know what this gay man did for NEBC? I showed them kindness and ran a camera for Pastor Michael's show. The thanks I got was to be thrown out of the TV station, harassed non-stop and even the Human Rights Commissioner, Diane McLeod, who has a letter in an online publication about the NEBC dated June 15, even Diane McLeod is powerless to do anything about the hate. This is more than just a sign in the square; the church infiltrated the public access station, a station that squelches Free Speech in Medford. Check out this link: http://insidemedford.com/2011/06/15/letter-medford-is-a-welcoming-community/

Hello, growing up in Tewksbury, MA and having grandparents in Winchester, MA we would drive by Wright's Tower a lot. Of course, I never knew the real name of the tower until today. I had an imaginary friend who lived up there, Mister Jiggadee, and that was his house. I would love a photo of Wright's Tower (a.k.a. Mister Jiggadee's house) for my desktop wallpaper. Do you have any large photos you could send me?
Thanks!

I too have a cracked Larrivee (D-03 RE) in a similar place. The dealer I bought it from has since stopped selling the brand due to the issues with "dehydration" other customers have reported. I have heard from a few other owners I know in Michigan about weird issues with their guitars. Mine no longer sounds anything like it did when I bought it. It sounds dead and lifeless like there is odd tension on the soundboard. I have this same rumor about Larrivee not curing wood properly as well. Makes me mad as hell. I prefer my $250 Art & Luthier to my $1300 Larrivee now.

Those are some very beautiful pictures you took. Very nicely narrated.

My favorite picture of all if the one of the Welcome Station. I think the American Flag makes such a wonderful contrast with everything. And the cute little welcome station.

Thank you for sharing!
